Terms and conditions

General

  • All our items are 100% money back guaranteed authentic and are directly imported from US/Europe. We do not deal with counterfeit items and never will.
  • All sales are entitled to 3 days refundable/returnable (with the proven authenticity issues/ mis-matched orders only)
  • All listed items are subjected to availability. Please use the Q&A form to check the availability with us.
  • Items availability is based on a first come first served basis upon payment. 
  • If you are interested in an item which are not listed on our site, pls request for a quote using the Q&A form. (pls state the name, item#, colour, size, pics etc for a more accurate quote) 
  • We offer our items at only a fraction of its original retail price and we constantly try out best to scout for special items/designs which are not available locally or limited edition items.
  • We don't bite..so pls approach us if you have any questions or concerns about anything at all and we'll try out best to resolve it :)

Orders & Payments

  • Once an order is confirmed, payment is expected within 24 hours or the item may be released to the next buyer.
  • All sales are final. Upon confirmation & payment, no changes/cancellations can be made. 
  • Pre-order items :- You can either choose to pay in full or make a deposit of at least 50% of the item's value
  • In-hand items :- Full payment is required prior to delivery of item.
  • Deposit paid is not refundable and will be forfeited if one decided to cancel the order thereafter.
  • We accept payments through Bank transfers, Cash Deposit & Credit cards.
  • Pls note that Credit cards payments will incur an additional 3% transaction fee which is charged by the service provider.
  • We do offer instalment plans with 0% charges. Typically, it can be arranged as 50%-50% or 40%-30%-30% over the span of 1-3 months, depending on the item's value. For any other requests or arrangements, pls use the Q&A form to contact us.

Shipping

  • Once the item is delivered, we will email you the tracking number.
  • We take care in packaging the items and we are not responsible for any damage or loss of package during shipping.
  • For in-hand items, it'll be shipped within 1-2 business days upon payment. (wkends and public hols not included)
  • For pre-order items, delivery time frame will be advised. 
  • Shipping period is just an estimation and we cannot be responsible for any shipping delays which are out of our control (ie: held in customs/postal service inefficiencies)

Returns & Exchange

What is the return policy?

  • We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 3 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
  • There will be no returns for intimates, undergarments and beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
  • This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on www.theluxury-uae.com.
  • All returns will be reviewed first by www.theluxury-uae.com and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:
  • Replacing the product with a new item of the same design and model, or Full refund in The Luxury credits, or Refund in cash less all shipping and administrative fees.

How do I return an item?
